Maintain and continuously improve partnership with business and cross-function teams, by providing efficient and effective guidance on strategic and operational decision making from financial perspective in support of the organization to achieve financial goals
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term strategic plan, annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts, for a reliable and agile forecasting process while utilizing professional judgement to support management decisions.
• Work closely with multi-teams to track the financial performance, keep proactive communications and take appropriate actions. Deliver timely and high-quality monthly financial reports, to address business and operational performance highlights and also alert potential risks.
• Lead process improvements, reporting intelligence improvements and actively participate in Corporate projects, to enhance financial planning and analytical tools to satisfy business growth demands.
• Provide business reviews or ad hoc business related projects as financial expert, and contribute in-depth knowledge and experiences.
• Coach and guide junior staff in the team, provide timely feedback. May lead and develop the team to ensure FP&A strategy is performed effectively.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree , and10 years years experience of experience in Accounting/Finance including at least 1-2 years in Audit/Analysis with MNCs is required

Health care / pharmaceutical, FMCG and Manufactory industry experience is preferred
Additional Skills:
• Strong business acumen about industry. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives, and fluent in both written and verbal, English and Japanese
• Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Extensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
