Your Adventure Ahead
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDET with great leadership to achieve company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PM, engineering, infra, operation, and customer service to align testing strategies, increase operation efficiency, and improve development productivity
- Define the quality standard in engineering organization, roadmap for product quality, and strategize test automation
- Identify areas of inefficiency in the test process, and quality defects in the overall ShopBack products
Essentials to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, and testing
- Proven track record in leadership/management roles, leading software engineering teams
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cypress, Jenkins, and other modern test automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and how test automation fits within DevOps pipelines
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience in mobile (iOS and Android) and web application testing is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of performance and load testing is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
