The Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager is responsible for ensuring the commercial banking relationship teams have the tools, processes and information they need to drive growth and deliver for our Clients in a manner consistent with our mission, vision and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and maintain communication initiatives that adhere to our mission, vision, values, and strategy.
- Develop, maintain, and innovate recurring communication strategy.
- Promote change management best practices and ensure accurate, effective internal divisional communications.
- Manage and partner with other content owners to maintain and enhance the Commercial XChange site ensuring content standards are met.
- Solicit feedback to inform enhancements, add new content and improve the user experience.
- Develop a deeper understanding of industry trends, the competitive environment, and our existing client base and explore new product and market opportunities aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Maintain and enhance sales enablement tools designed to accelerate profitable growth and cross-sell including, SalesForce and other platform effectiveness, marketing related tools, collateral and education.
- Assist team members in the development and maintenance of targeted prospects based on research, data, segmentation and other analysis of the business and industry trends.
- Collaborate as needed on the development of established group and individual performance goals and incentive plan criteria that drive behaviors to positively impact performance.
- Support division in achievement of established annual referral goals.
- Partner with Marketing and divisional leaders to provide tools, resources and information that accelerate business growth.
- Oversee, develop, maintain, and enhance programs and initiatives aligned with sales strategy and divisional objectives.
- Explore potential new programs and solutions that would support our line of business growth strategy.
- Manage and enhance the Associate Onboarding program for the Commercial Banking Division which acclimates Associates to the teams, credit culture, systems, processes, and other critical areas of navigation to more quickly become effective contributors to the organization.
- RelPro vendor platform commercial owner.
- Responsible for the Medallia customer experience survey program.
- Lead and support projects or initiatives designed to improve accuracy, efficiency, or risk mitigation for the commercial division.
- Drive new functionality and enhancements to internal core technology platforms (i.e. SalesForce, nCino, candescent).
- Drive regular updates to SalesForce to increase utilization through improved user experience, and access to relevant, actionable information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Banking Experience.
- Client facing sales experience in banking required, Commercial Banking sales experience or relationship management preferred.
- Must have strong leadership, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Must possess the ability to align interest across the enterprise and drive collaboration among groups.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Must be able to travel within the commercial banking footprint.
- SalesForce, Microsoft 365, nCino experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent problem solving and collaboration skills to make recommendations for improvement.
- Must have the ability to build internal relationships both within and outside of the commercial division.
