About the Role

The Manager, Sales Operations  role is ideal for an experienced  Sales Operations professional with the know-how to thrive  in a fast-paced Health Tech start-up environment.  As  the first Sales Operations hire, this person will be responsible for helping build, shape, and grow Commercial Sales Operations initiatives.  This is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for supporting our Sales and Marketing functions across Life Sciences and Health Systems. The  Manager, Sales Operations  is a key figure within the organization, tasked with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales teams. They oversee the sales operations, establishing  sales processes , data-driven decisions are made, and the sales tech stack is fully utilized to achieve business targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Enable channel partner operations and programs (GCP, AWS, etc)

  • Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR)  Program.

  • Serve as CRM-Hubspot expert for Commercial Org.

  • Create pipeline  and forecasting reports for internal meetings.

  • Work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing to  implement marketing campaigns.

  • Recommend data-driven approaches for tracking sales performance.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.

  • Enable channel partner operations and programs (GCP, AWS, etc)

  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to support revenue growth.

  • Support Sales/Corp Dev with channel partner operations and programs .

  • Enforce use of brand standards on customer & prospect facing materials.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industries.

  • Proven track record of working with Sales & Marketing teams.

  • Exceptional powerpoint skills

  • Strong understanding of the health tech ecosystem. And Knowledge of healthcare regulations impacting sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and other sales effectiveness & analytical tools and software.

  • Prior experience building/leading/managing a Lead Generation team.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Experience with sales analytics tools.

  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

  • Ability to clearly and concisely distill complex ideas and projects to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail, adherence to process and organization.

  • Must have the ability to travel.

Location

We are a remote first company! You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We cannot support visa sponsorship at this time.
