See Yourself as a Manager, REO (Real Estate Owned) Services
Manager of REO (Real Estate Owned) Services is responsible for the day-to-day oversite of REO Services operations. The Manager of REO Services assists the Director and/or VP ensuring the direction, management, and performance of the REO Services team in production and knowledge of procedures and systems. They must be a hands-on manager with a working knowledge of all aspects of daily operations. Including being responsible for controlling costs to ensure maximum profitability and that budget goals are met. Ensures that the team is thoroughly trained in the REO services processes and handles escalated and difficult orders.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to day management of REO Services operations setting daily/weekly goals for the team to ensure the proper handling of all REO orders, QC, title curative, closing and all client inquires/escalations are successfully resolved while meeting all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Continuously monitor daily volume (WIP) to ensure orders are distributed properly among team members to operate the team at maximum efficiency to meet budgetary goals. Makes staff level recommendations to the Director and/or VP to address with Leadership and HR.

Complete/Review title commitments and search reports for accuracy and ensure items are accounted for including, but not limited to, legal description, open mortgages, judgments, updated payoffs, taxes, HOA, etc.

Complete/Review closing documents for accuracy and ensure all fees are listed and correct.

Monthly and Daily reporting on Volume and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Responsible for vendor management of third-party providers including training, reporting, performance management, and invoice approval.

Conduct team meetings to communicate new processes, improvements, and training as needed.

Manages and approves REO team timecards, work and PTO requests and adjusts as needed for anticipated order volume. Review new and current employee training and performance and counsel/reward as appropriate.

Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Certifications and Prior Work-Related Experience:
Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience: 4 or more years of prior work related experience
Additional Qualifications:

REO/Title/Closing experience is required.

ResWare experience is preferred;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is required;

Knowledge of client-based systems and integrations including RealEC and Encompass is preferred;

Attention to detail;

Motivated and positive team player;

Leadership skills; (role will have direct reports)

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;

Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business;

Ability to multi-task in fast-pace environment.

Certifications: Licensed Title Agent a plus

Competitive Compensation: anticipated base salary from $61,400 to $100,800 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
