We’re currently looking for a Realization Manager for New Business to join our Italian team. This role involves technical project management that requires deep expertise to plan, organize, and control resources, processes, and timelines for complex technical projects.
Your tasks
As a Realization Manager you'll be at the helm of 100+ fast-moving projects each year, keeping processes efficient, flexible, and on track.
Furthermore, you will:

This will specifically involve:

Align project deliverables with contractual obligations and organizational goals, ensuring clear communication with subcontractors and factory teams.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinating activities such as scheduling, training, and fostering collaboration to meet project milestones and ensure customer satisfaction.

Optimize processes for material handling systems, IT infrastructure, hardware installations, and third-party integrations.

Oversee financial forecasting and revenue tracking to meet financial objectives, preparing business cases for strategic projects.

Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and promote continuous improvement.

Implement safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and a safe work environment.

Handle escalations and customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and high client satisfaction.
Your profile

Experience in project management, preferably in engineering-heavy environments.

While intralogistics experience is beneficial, a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively is even more valuable

Strong leadership experience – managing teams, driving results, and ensuring smooth operations.

Flexibility & agility – ready to seize opportunities and pivot as needed.

A keen eye for process optimization and a structured, results-driven mindset.

Engineering degree of equivalent qualification
