WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
-
Participate in the development and evaluation of NIR site performance improvement indicators.

Assist with the review of quality indicators for problem identification, creation of action plans, and effectiveness of actions taken.

Serve as a resource to all Network Sites in problem identification and problem resolution to assist in improving patient care.

Provide assistance, direction and facilitates PI activities following the Six Sigma model.

Assist in performing follow-up action on recommendations from these studies by working with physicians and other multidisciplinary staff.

Assist the quality department in the Patient Centered Medical Home process.

Assist the quality department in the ongoing meaningful use process.

Assist in the preparation for surveys conducted by regulatory and accrediting agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related - Required

10+ years Certificate in Medical Assisting and 10 years healthcare experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree - Required
-
4 years experience in Healthcare or Related Field - Required
