Manager, Central PMO –Hyderabad TEC would be part of the Central Program office and responsible for the Central PMO's daily operations. As the Central Program Management Office (CPMO) Manager, you will ensure high standards and processes in our programs. You will directly support the program team and adhere to strict standards. Your active management of program documentation, reporting, and data analysis, including project schedules, risk logs, and status reports, contributes to program success. You will support the Senior Manager and Program Management in planning, execution, and monitoring, facilitating project meetings, and tracking action items
 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hands-on, day-to-day operations of the CPMO, providing direct support to the program team and ensuring adherence to program standards and processes.
  • Actively manages program documentation, reporting, and data analysis, including the creation and maintenance of project schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Provide hands-on support to the Senior Manager and Program Management in program planning, execution, and monitoring, including facilitating project meetings and tracking action items.

Role Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in Central PMO operations and program support, including direct experience in project scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor engagements, including Build-Operate-Transfer.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management environments.
  • Experience with onsite and offshore teams.
  • Experience with large-scale workforce transformation programs.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
