About The Role:

As a Manager of Profit Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) at Feastables, you will play a critical role in driving our pricing strategy and revenue growth through comprehensive data analysis and strategic planning. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence our market positioning, optimize trade spend ROI, and ensure our pricing strategies are competitive and effective. Your insights will provide key recommendations to support Feastables’ business objectives and long-term strategic planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Utilize syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) to monitor market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer behavior
  • Employ creative and innovative thinking to develop and implement pricing strategies. Conduct pricing elasticity analysis, demand forecasting, and competitive pricing analysis to optimize pricing models
  • Create compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage and optimize trade spend, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing trade letters to stakeholders. Monitor the effectiveness of trade promotions and make recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare and manage annual operating plan profit and revenue models. Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of different pricing and promotional strategies on profitability
  • Support the annual operating plan processes and financial reporting. Report actuals and forecast internal financials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Utilize data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python to perform advanced data analysis. Develop and maintain complex data models to support pricing and revenue management initiatives
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products

Recipe For Success:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, or a related field within the CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to think creatively and employ "outside the box" thinking to develop innovative pricing strategies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools for presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Experience managing trade letter publishing, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing trade letters to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Deep understanding of trade spend management and revenue/profitability modeling
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, including pricing elasticity analysis, demand forecasting, and competitive pricing analysis
  • Experience preparing and managing annual operating plan profit & revenue models, and conducting scenario modeling for retail price package plans
  • Previous exposure to annual operating plan processes and financial reporting, with the ability to report actuals plus forecast for internal financials
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Passion for the CPG industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
