What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help the product leadership in driving the product strategy and roadmap, defining the vision for our managed hosting solution
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements, informed by customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
  • Develop and oversee detailed product requirements and specifications, guiding the product development process
  • Constantly engage with customers, gathering insights to inform product improvements and new features
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain their position as a leader in the field
  • Own the revenue generation streams and prepare adoption, activation, retention and revenue dashboards for the team
  • Own the roadmap and priorities for specific teams and product lines;
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle from evaluating early ideas to designing go-to-market collateral;
  • Own product discovery including leading user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis, and incorporate this data into your day-to-day decision-making;
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to create product documentation, iterate prototypes, and drive delivery - and empower your team to make great product decisions in the process.
  • Help build a Product team renowned for its speed of execution and excellence
  • Create and flourish the experimentation culture in the product team around conversion rates to increase adoption and activation of users inside the platform

What You’ll Add to Cloudways - A DigitalOcean Company:

  • 5+ years of minimum product management experience in the SaaS or consumer software industry building products from ideation to launch.
  • Experience working in a startup or high growth tech company.
  • Experience working in a hosting company is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others throughout a remote-first organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence engineers, designers, and other contributors towards a common goal.
  • Boasts a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excels at gathering and interpreting data to inform product decisions.
  • Is adaptable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
