The Manager, Producing Sales FSC will be responsible for meeting individual and team mortgage and consumer lending goals as assigned through outbound calling, internal call handling, and banking center referrals. They will manage the pipeline and client experience to ensure a positive outcome.
In addition, provide training, coaching, and support to internal sales team to enhance performance and growth. Collaborate with manager to analyze performance metrics and measure team and individual performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide necessary leadership and coordination to assigned sales team, including but not limited to regular coaching, pipeline management and performance management.
- Meet team and individual sales goals, service quality and productivity goals, as assigned through outbound callings, internal calls, and banking center referrals.
- Manage loan pipeline and client experience to ensure a positive outcome.
- Provide training, coaching and support to internal sales team to enhance performance and growth.
- Collaborate with manager to analyze performance metrics and measure team and individual performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking out residential mortgage and consumer lending opportunities. Ask discovery questions to determine customer needs.
- Interview clients over the phone and handle internet inquiries to pre-qualify or take complete lending applications for underwriting. Calculate loan–to-values, consider credit and debt-to-income positions as well as compare a variety of products, programs, and pricing in order to make appropriate recommendations to customers.
- Manage client expectations, identify, request, and collect the appropriate financial documentation for each applicant. Review comprehensive financial documentation including credit reports, tax returns, complex income statements, bank statements, etc. and make personalized lending recommendations to meet the needs of clients. Assist with problem resolution, interpret financial statements, handle sensitive client documentation.
- Manage relationships with all clients, prospects, and introduction sources. Capitalize routinely on opportunities to cross sell other bank products and services. Utilize lead management tool to generate and work leads from partners in the Banking Centers and other lines of business.
- Review existing relationships, assist with problem resolution, interpret financial statements, handle sensitive client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and manage operational risks. Observe security policies in accessing, securing, and protecting confidential and sensitive client information. Retain client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with manager to track sales and ensure proper incentive payout as well as channel reporting.
- Collaborate with manager to develop and oversee quarterly team schedules to provide appropriate coverage for customers and colleague referrals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- 5+ years mortgage and consumer lending experience
- People leadership
- Proven ability to individually meet or exceed sales goals.
- Technical aptitude: ability and desire to learn and adapt to a variety of systems and applications; Advanced knowledge of computer processing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales management
- Time management skills essential; ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical skills: ability to perform research & make recommendations based on a variety of inputs / resources.

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
