We’re looking for a Manager of P2P Operations to drive best-in-class processes within our Finance Shared Services Centre, working out of our HQ in Aarhus. If you have the expertise to lead change, optimize P2P solutions, and build a high-performing team, this role is for you!
The Role
A Manager of Purchase to Pay (P2P) Operations is sought to support the transformation and management of the full P2P processes within the Finance Shared Services Centre. The successful applicant will work closely with the finance and commercial functions within the Shared Services function and business units and develop and implement best-in-class P2P processes. The successful applicant will liaise with stakeholders from across the business to understand users’ needs and obtain buy-in. The successful applicant will lead and manage the AP and Procurement (inc. travel) teams delivering these services. Minimal travel is expected in the role.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- lead on implementing best-in-class P2P policies and processes and the communications and engagement needed to transform and transact P2P processes.
- have responsibility for managing changes in processes, putting in place measures to ensure business readiness.
- lead the department’s existing team (procurement and accounts payable) and further develop the team’s competencies to deliver a best-in-class service, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key skills and knowledge
We’re looking for a seasoned P2P leader with a deep understanding of automated solutions, best-in-class processes, and change management. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, skilled negotiator, and strong team leader who can drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- several years of experience of leading a Purchase to Pay team
- deep knowledge of automated e-invoicing and P2P solutions
- a strong knowledge of best practice P2P policies and procedures
- excellent communication and networking skills
- strong negotiation and contract skills
- strong change management skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver an excellent service
- strong reporting and analytical skills
