Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant and cost-efficient strategies supported by analytics and financial data targeted at segmented customer base in order to drive: 1) Portfolio Sales ENR, 2) Channel management and drive sales targets for assigned sales channels, 3) Other existing customer management activities (attrition, line management, activation)

  • Contribute constructively, analytically and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of campaigns

  • Provide clear direction and communication to the creative agencies and internal stakeholders in devising, producing and execution of communication materials, which will communicate the product propositioning, and the agreed objectives of the campaigns

  • Develop effective communication to the targeted segment via targeted communications (Direct mailers, SMS, eDMs, targeted banners, facebook postings) to inform the targeted segment and the individual customers on the offers available to them.

  • Develop T&Cs, PDS and ensure new Portfolio sales plans are created and tested for all digital channels

  • Monitor and control the A&P funds allocated for the approved campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze campaign and channel performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/ issues and recommend solutions to rectify them

  • Project management lead for projects which are Portfolio Management related and to work closely with stakeholders to agree on the processes and system related enhancements. To develop ITR, URS and contribute towards FS. Perform UATs and production health tests.

  • Monitor competitor’s market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices

  • Ensure full compliance in all internal policies, SOPs and external regulations

  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian Citizen with a min Diploma in any relate field

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Product Management, Consumer Credit Policy or Risk Management

  • Project management skills and analytical skills are needed to succeed in this role
