YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager People Operations (HR Administrator) to work with our current 7-person team to ensure the smooth handling of operational People & Organization (P&O) processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle and to actively help shape them.
- Responsible for all administrative HR back office processes along the employee lifecycle and first point of contact for all administrative and operational questions for managers and employees in the assigned support area
- Supporting the People & Organization Partner (HR Business Partner) in the support of employees
- Posting jobs on the internal and external PUMA career site and, if required, on external application portals (including translation of the job description and requirements profile if necessary)
- Ensuring a positive relocation experience for our international candidates in close cooperation with our external relocation agencies (including processing the necessary documents for work visas etc.)
- Works council notifications for hiring, transfers and terminations as well as preparation of the necessary contractual documents and paperwork
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees and holding the HR induction event on the first working day
- General administration and maintenance of employee data in the HR system Workday
- Handling of ad hoc or special topics as well as active cooperation and, if necessary, independent handling of projects
- Creation of reference letters
YOUR TALENT
- Degree in business administration (e.g. office administrator, industrial administrator)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, professional experience in human resources is an advantage
- High stress resistance and very good adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
- Organizational talent paired with a quick grasp, an independent, structured way of working and an eye for detail
- Team player with high flexibility, commitment and initiative
- Open, transparent and proactive communication as well as a strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent knowledge of HCM systems/databases (ideally Workday) and very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- The position is available full-time or part-time
