The role:
As the Manager of Partner Services for our Professional Salon Division, you will oversee a team of Partner Advisors, each supporting a specific territory as part of a larger geographic region. The responsibilities of this position include leading the team to increase revenue for the brands they support within the assigned geography through the successful implementation of marketing strategies, team development, and creative thinking.
You will implement new technologies and develop pathways to help Salon Customers through a virtual environment. The Manager of Partner Services is directly responsible for achieving all Goals and reports to the Senior Sales Manager of the Partner Services Team.

What you will do:
- Develop sales strategies to empower Partner Advisors with the tools required to increase revenue within their assigned areas. Lead by example through direct Customer communication and engagement. 40% of time
- Implement metrics that ensure Goal completion. Set expectations on the use of all systems including Salesforce, Salon Shop, Customer Support, Outlook Calendar Planning, Order Processing, Outbound vs. Inbound activity ratios.
- Support sell-in and sell-through strategies of Kao Marketing Programs.
- Create an environment that welcomes new concepts to increase sales and support customers virtually.
- Create powerful, trusting relationships with Direct Reports, Colleagues, and Customers.
- Schedule regular one on one and team calls and quarterly in person strategy meetings to encourage relationship building and collaboration. 10 % of time
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred but not required
- Minimum five years of relevant sales experience
- Minimum three years of relevant leadership experience
