Job Description:

POSITION:                       Manager, Marketing Technology

DUTIES: People management of software engineers. Prior experience with software development to successfully supervise the performance of the engineers on the team. Provide engineering management of all the systems and technologies used by Marketing technology including websites, data analytics, platform integration, API integration, software code. Work on software architecture and strategic planning and execution. Provide Project Management and Delivery. This includes working with: design and development using C# and 3 of the following: Python, Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, Scale, React, JavaScript, Typescript, Swift, Kotlin, Go, SQL, .Net or related technologies; working with Version control using Git or SVN;  Full-stack web programming and development to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility; Software Engineering Management Experience; and involve managing an integrated marketing tech stack and digital presence/strategy (CMS, DAM, search, web analytics, and UI development). Three days in the office and two days from home office within a reasonable commuting distance from Dimensional office. #LI-DNIMINIUM REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field and 10 years of experience to involve: (1) design and development using C# and work with 3 of the following: Python, Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, Scale, React, JavaScript, Typescript, Swift, Kotlin, Go, SQL, .Net or related technologies; (2) working with Version control using Git or SVN; (3) full-stack web programming and development to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. Additionally, 5 years of experience stated herein to involve software engineering management experience. Finally, 3 years of experience stated herein to involve managing an integrated marketing tech stack and digital presence/strategy (CMS, DAM, search, web analytics, and UI development). Three days in the office and two days from home office within a reasonable commuting distance from Dimensional office.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field and 8 years of experience to involve: (1) design and development using C# and work with 3 of the following: Python, Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, Scale, React, JavaScript, Typescript, Swift, Kotlin, Go, SQL, .Net or related technologies; (2) working with Version control using Git or SVN; (3) full-stack web programming and development to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. Additionally, 5 years of experience stated herein to involve software engineering management experience. Finally, 3 years of experience stated herein to involve managing an integrated marketing tech stack and digital presence/strategy (CMS, DAM, search, web analytics, and UI development). Three days in the office and two days from home office within a reasonable commuting distance from Dimensional office.
