Defining and Implementing Marketing plans for B2C & B2B in conjunction with our business partners in the local markets
- Marketing planning across all channels (POS/ Online/ Offline) per market together with business partners
- Oversee the process for controlling and managing marketing bonus claims from distributors. Secure the claims are in compliance with our policies and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of bonus claims and related documentation. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to distributors on best practices for marketing execution.
- Inform about product news and new marketing materials and make sure this is implemented
- Secure that CI is aligned with global standards of all marketing activities and consistent brand messaging is implemented
- Secure execution of product launches in all countries
- Fair and Event organisation
- Monthly review meetings and KPI tracking with business partners
- Provide Input to HQ about marketing activities
Marketing & Sales Materials for the region & Budget Management
- Update local Marketing & Sales materials such as pitch decks, references, social media content, focus portfolio catalogues and others
- Create content for Intranet about success stories
- Keep training materials up to date and promote the V&B training platforms and encourage learning for our business partners
- Control the available Marketing Budget, give regular updates and administer all orders in the Coupa System
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
Product Management
- Present novelties to business partners & generate sell in
- Track performance of portfolio and make recommendations on phasing out for certain countries
- Recommend a strategic portfolio for business partners that align with V&B´s current positioning and takes into account market trends, customer trends and competitor offering
- Compile business cases for product launches together with Sales& Business partners
- Give input and business case about missing items for APEC to Headquarter
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Conduct price benchmarking to ensure that Villeroy & Boch products are competitively priced in the market.
- Create monthly report on product performance
Store planning & Visual Merchandising Review
- Lead the store design process together with the global team and business partner
- Monthly reviews of VM in stores
- Give recommendations on VM execution in store and deliver training
