Your Opportunity
Our National team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to support go-to-market efforts across Canada.
You will be responsible for executing marketing plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the deadlines and results of your marketing campaigns. You will also work closely with national leaders and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Role Description
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and in person tactics.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including articles, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand consistency and reputation.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance internal client satisfaction.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Experience and Education
- University Degree in related subject
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, B2B/professional services experiences is an asset
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing plans and campaigns
- Proven track record successfully driving marketing outcomes, delivering on marketing KPIs and achieving full funnel results.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong marketing technology skills and demonstrable ability to learn, adopt, and excel at new digital tools
- Demonstrable digital marketing experience
- Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Salary range: $92,000 - $138,000/ year
