We are building an elite team to drive financial insight and strategy at Broadridge. The Finance team brings understanding and predictability to the company’s core operations, and we work closely with our key business partners to accelerate long-term growth for Broadridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep knowledge of the Broadridge business, as well as exposure to senior leaders across the organization.

The Manager – M&A and Special Projects role is responsible for driving comprehensive analyses of potential opportunities including, but not limited to acquisitions, sales, and other strategic business development opportunities. They will also contribute to a broad array of projects for the team, including market analysis, operational efficiency analysis and strategy development. This position will work alongside senior leaders in Finance in a fast-paced environment and assist in high profile projects to drive transformation. This Manager should be a dynamic individual who can work closely with senior leaders and has the ambition to drive change.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform strategic financial scenario analyses including accretion and dilution, discounted cash-flow, sum-of-parts, and other acquisition analyses
  • Design and implement Power BI dashboards for business, operations, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights, increase efficiency, track performance, and support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement forward-looking financial models, deal profitability metrics, and other ad-hoc analyses 
  • Conduct financial analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives to accelerate growth
  • Identify and implement data analytics enhancement initiatives
  • Build and manage relationships with multiple business partners to review deal financials

Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of structuring deals
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, big data environments, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in TM1, Oracle, and PowerBI. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analytics tools a plus

Salary range $105,000- $ 110,000. Bonus Eligible.
