The LRO Operations team is seeking a Manager, LRO Operations with experience in legal operations, technology, and finance. The position will support the Analog Devices, Inc. LRO Operations Team reporting to the Senior Director, LRO Operations.
This position is responsible for managing the local LRO Operations team of business, technology, and billing analysts supporting the LRO organization. As the lead for the local LRO Operations team, the role is responsible for collaborating with other functions, including Finance, AP, and Procurement in order to provide support to the LRO team.
Responsibilities:

Manage local LRO Operations activities, including process and technology, administration of legal invoice eBilling system, LRO front door intake and workflow technology solution, contract lifecycle management processes and technology, and other processes and technologies used by the LRO.

Manage team of LRO Operations billing, technology, and business analysts.

Under the supervision of the Sr. Director, LRO Operations, collaborate with internal LRO team members to support finance, technology, process, and project management objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, IT, and other internal functions to execute day to day activities for the LRO Operations function.

Develop processes and corresponding automation for various LRO processes, including contract management, legal billing and spend management, workflow automation and intake.

Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics for the LRO team. Collaborate with LRO stakeholders to determine, prioritize, and deliver on reporting needs for reporting that enables LRO to track performance, manage costs, benchmark with peers, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Provide project management direction and support for the team and across various LRO Department initiatives, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

8-10 years’ experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department in an operations and/or management capacity.

Management experience with business analysts in legal operations, technology, or finance functions.

Experience working with lawyers or senior executives, including written and verbal communications and collaboration on large projects.

Experience with legal billing processes and technology, including eBilling solutions, and invoice processes.

Experience with legal and compliance solutions, including business requirements, design, build, and project and program management for technology solutions.

Experience with data and analytics, including building reports, compiling metrics, and creating dashboards for legal and compliance teams. Understanding of data management and quality.

Experience with tool selection through implementation processes. Comfort with exploring new technologies preferred.

Project management experience with formal project management training and certification preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-focus orientation.
