YOUR MISSION
Support retail customer and Puma Commercial team (Sales / Marketing / Retail / Visual and Merchandising) to achieve financial goal and mid / long term business growth by providing competitor movement / analyze historical sell out and Monitor consumer / shopper / Customer trend with suggested action plan for retail customer / Puma team.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Analysed Historical sell out data, and inventory Structure. - Understand product Flow in each season.

Provide forecast sales and Stock movement with proper action plan if needed.

Manage launching new product/ Inventory and shipment process.

Monitor campaign / product launch and shipment to ensure all pre-order have been pick on time.

Work closely with operation / merchandising for product delivery process status.
YOUR TALENT

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Economic

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service.

Experience working for Retail Business / Sporting Goods / Fashion / Electronic.

Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, if Power Query)
