Position Summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a results-driven Manager, Integrated Marketing Operations to lead the optimization of marketing workflows, creative processes, and resource management. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining end-to-end marketing processes, and aligning creative resources to meet evolving business demands. Your primary focus will be driving performance through improved marketing operations, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and on time. The Manager of Integrated Marketing Operations will partner with internal teams to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and implement best practices that support our overall marketing strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Operations:

  • Lead the development and implementation of streamlined integrated marketing processes to enhance efficiency and drive seamless execution of marketing campaigns across channels.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Strategy, Media & Content, E-commerce, Merchandising, and CRM teams to identify process gaps and unlock new opportunities for optimization.

  • Evaluate and refine marketing workflows and tools, delivering scalable solutions that improve operational performance and accelerate project delivery.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, guidelines, and training materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams.

  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of new processes, identifying and implementing continuous improvements that drive measurable results.

  • Implement robust campaign management practices, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with precision and agility to adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Manage and execute marketing calendars in partnership with Marketing Strategists, driving clear communication of priority messaging across all channels.

  • Collaborate on strategic product priorities, trends, and brand initiatives to align marketing efforts with the annual brand calendar, key partnerships, and pivotal moments.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard by applying project management methodologies, maintaining flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, soliciting feedback and proactively enhancing processes to keep the marketing engine running smoothly.

  • Develop reports and dashboards that track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Oversee execution tracking through calendars, tools, and dashboards, providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Facilitate team meetings, capturing notes and action items to ensure alignment and accountability.

Creative:

  • Mentor and develop creative team members, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration. Provide ongoing feedback, identify strengths, and build tailored development plans that empower individuals and align with organizational goals.

  • Oversee creative resource management, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right projects. Balance workloads across internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to drive efficient project delivery.

  • Refine creative workflows to enhance collaboration, improve communication, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of deliverables.

  • Continuously assess and optimize team performance, rebalancing priorities and resources to ensure productivity and innovation thrive.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital collaborative spaces to streamline team projects and communication.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing operations with a strong focus on process development, optimization, and improvement.

  • Proven experience managing creative teams, overseeing workload distribution, and driving career development and growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Track record of designing and implementing scalable marketing processes in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and process enhancements.

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and handling multiple projects concurrently.

  • Proficiency in creative project management tools; experience with Monday.com, Formsite, and PageProof strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, passionate about innovation, operational efficiency, and delivering excellence.

  • Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and develop proactive solutions that align with business goals.

  • Skill in building and maintaining functional relationships, promoting best practices, and fostering teamwork across departments.

  • Experience setting clear, actionable team goals to drive direction, accountability, and successful execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports, ensuring job satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional. 

  • Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.

  • No travel requirements
