Job Description
- Study the market movement, competitor analysis, customer needs and insight to develop in-depth insurance strategy and mission, as well as identify threats and opportunities
- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
- Conducting research and data analysis to convey business decision
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes and make the appropriate advice to management team in timely manner
- Initiate new operating model and drive new project business development
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experiences as Business Strategic Planner, Business Consultant, or relevant role. Minimum of 3 years in management level is a must.
- Direct experience in Insurance business is a must
- Demonstrate strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skill, fluently communication skill in Business English
