What You Will Do:
Manages employees who are responsible for development projects, development teams and application support functions. • Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs. • Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs. • Analyze applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications. • Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
What Skills You Will Have:
Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization.
Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) service; ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations.
Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.
What you will have:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor degree, preferable in IT areas
• Language: Pre-advanced English

What You May Have:
Previous experience in leadership positions
Knowledge of technologies as mainframe, Cobol, JCL, DP2, IMS
Additional Information:
Travel requirement: less than 10% of the time
