We are seeking a Manager, Implementation Operations to oversee and drive efficiency in Systems/Platform (e.g., GDS & PCC/OID-related tasks), implementation support, automation expansion, and client migration processes within the SID function. This role requires expertise in GBT platforms, systems, and GDS, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to streamline processes and enhance implementation efficiency.

The Manager will lead a team that includes Analysts, ensuring seamless PCC setup, migration and implementation support while driving continuous process improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for PCC setup, migration, and implementation support.
• Oversee clients onboarding, ensuring seamless PCC-related processes.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to standardize and optimize PCC-related tasks.
• Provide ground-level support and troubleshooting for implementation teams.
• Ensure smooth migration of existing clients to dedicated PCCs, minimizing disruption.
• Monitor KPIs and report on project progress, risks, and efficiency improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on GBT platforms, systems, and GDS capabilities.
• Train and mentor the Analyst team to build expertise in PCC processes and tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong GBT platform/systems/GDS knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Process-oriented thinker with experience in process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive collaboration across teams.
• Experience in project management and implementation operations.
• Ability to identify and execute automation opportunities for implementation tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
