Job Description Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing and executing the program functions of Identify and Access Management (IAM). This position is also a working manager position, meaning duties assigned to team members will also be carried out by this position. This includes, but is not limited to, user account creation and management in the data and systems of the FCS environment, establishing and maintaining a governance and compliance team, organizing and prioritization program roadmaps and project activities, establishing and managing roadmaps and reporting capabilities. These functions are crucial to the ongoing success of the IAM strategy.
This management role requires broad technical and industry experience in Identity and Access Management technology and compliance with industry regulatory requirements, future industry trends and cyber security program plans to ensure the alignment and accomplishment of FCS mission and strategies.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures
Position Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems or Computer Science. 5 years of progressive responsibility within business, information systems or information management/analysis environment with minimum of 5 years of direct work experience performing the Duties & Responsibilities of this position will be accepted in lieu of the degree.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Preferred but not required: CISSP, CISM, ITILv3, CISA or similar certifications. Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
Previous Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to champion a clear vision for IAM systems to be implemented and the manner for which they will support the business.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IAM Solutions and how they integrate with, Human Resource, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and Cyber Security.
- Professional experience with Okta and/or other IAM tools (i.e. CyberArk), Azure AD and Workday Integrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with business partners, IT team members and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability leading teams in support of business process analysis efforts and educating others in the proper application of IAM tenets, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to independently conduct interviews with management and other department leaders and distinguish between business needs and requests.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management experience required, preferably in an IT role related to, with the responsibility of directing team member assignments and projects through to completion.

- Strong customer focus. Ability to build an engaging culture of quality, performance effectiveness and operational excellence through best practices, strong business and political acumen, collaboration and partnerships, as well as a positive employee, physician and community relations.
- Self-Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.
Leadership and Mentoring: Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions, coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others to align to a common goal. Ability to effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.
Human Resources: Effectively hire, coach and support staff develop, as applicable, as well as manage resources, performance, and employee relations, and supervise within established policies, procedures and legislation.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
Travel: 0-25%
Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional after hours when necessary
