Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports Leadership & DC Management with development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align workforce with the strategic goals of the distribution center. and commercial office. Makes recommendations to management on employee related issues. Helps lead employment engagement process to include surveys, action plans, and engagement activities.
Ensures legal compliance in all areas. Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company policies and government laws & regulations. Assists with development and maintenance of policies for the DC and office.
Partners with management to communicate HR policies & procedures. Conducts investigations on employee complaints and concerns.
Manages the recruitment process for the distribution center and office using effective recruiting strategies necessary to recruit and hire a superior and diverse workforce as well as maintain expected staffing levels.
Manage talent development plans, processes & discussions to influence the appropriate business decisions
Support leadership development programs
Partner with senior business leaders to create comprehensive development plans, align organizational structures with strategic goals
Qualifications and skills.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRBP
Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources management. If no degree, significant relevant experience.
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluency in English, with advanced proficiency in business communication
Ability to work autonomously, superb organizational skills Solid experience in senior Human Resources Business Partner management positions, preferably serving high level stakeholders from Commercial & Marketing functions.
