Job Description

A bit about this role and team: 

The growth and engagement marketing teams are responsible for acquiring new members and keeping them engaged with Devoted. We work across a variety of channels including direct mail, digital, email, and SMS to communicate with our consumers. We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth, engagement, and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism. 

Your responsibilities and impact will include:

  • Generate hypotheses, design A/B tests, set KPIs, execute and rapidly iterate on the testing roadmap in order to hit ROI targets for customer acquisition

  • Analyze test performance to synthesize learnings and identify opportunities for improvement 

  • Oversee the day to day operations of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring processes are aligned with cross functional teams and are efficient, well documented, and compliant

  • Collaborate with Creative & Copy to produce new marketing assets that advance the Devoted brand and generate successful results

  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership and cross functional teams, highlighting learnings, metrics, and next steps 

  • Independently prioritize work, set deadlines, and manage work to those deadlines while taking into account importance, urgency, and dependencies of projects

  • Be a subject matter expert on your campaigns and be willing to roll up your sleeves (launching tests, monitoring campaigns, partnering cross functionally to allocate resources, educating, and sharing insights)

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a marketing, operations, or consulting capacity

  • Creative problem solving and analytical skills with ability to tie together and draw insights from data, conversations, primary and secondary research

  • Fluency in excel/google sheets and a data visualization tool like Looker, Tableau, etc. 

  • Success partnering  with cross functional teams with various backgrounds (creative, operations, product, engineering, and data science) to advance thinking on roadmap and customer experience

  • Detail orientation and experience moving multiple initiatives forward on a timeline with limited supervision

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools: SQL, Looker

  • Experience with marketing analytics and campaign management tools:  ESPs (Hubspot, Braze, etc.), Instapage, Google or Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM

Salary range: $95,000 - $142,000 / year

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
