About the role

Join our Group Accounting team in this exciting role as Manager Group Accounting & Reporting.
We have ambitious goals, including a planned IPO in the medium term. We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to support this transformative journey.


Tasks and responsibilities

• Support the monthly preparation of consolidated financial statements following IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
• Assist in compiling the Group’s interim and annual reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of disclosures
• Monitor and enforce Group policies and internal control systems (ICS) at subsidiary and Group levels
• Maintain and enhance our consolidation system (Lucanet) to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to the preparation of planning balance sheets and cash flow statements
   

Qualifications

About you

If you are a curious learner with an optimistic attitude and a can-do mentality, you already have one of the key qualities we are looking for. In addition, you should bring the following qualifications:

• A higher education degree in finance or accounting with 2-3 years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience in consolidation under IFRS gained either as an auditor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting, internal control systems (ICS), and financial reporting under IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office (especially Excel), and ideally Lucanet
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and communication tools
• Fluency in German (mandatory) and English, both written and spoken
• A resilient mindset enables you to stay composed even in challenging situations
