Working under the direction of the Senior Director, FPA, you will work closely with the business unit leaders of the DealerTrack business in the development and tracking of financial budgets, forecasts (including relevant financial and operational KPI’s) and the preparation of business cases for new initiatives. You will provide regular reporting and analysis to business unit leaders of the operating results against budget and forecasts. You will use this financial information to influence decision-making, leading to overall business growth. 


In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Supporting business unit leaders in the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets. 

- Providing monthly and annual operating results analysis against budget and reporting results to business unit leaders 

- Ownership of the budgeting model for the Dealertrack business unit 

- The Manager will develop and analyze key operating metrics to support and drive the business in achieving its key operating and strategic objectives. 

- Track and report on revenue and volume metrics providing insights into trends 

- The Manager will also play a key role in working with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality financial analysis that will support the existing business, new initiatives, and long-term strategic planning.

- As a business partner, the Manager must understand the key drivers of each business and develop financial models that accurately predict future financial performance.


What you’ll need: 

 - Hold a Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field

 - Hold a CPA designation

 - Have 5+ years of related work experience in FP&A

- 3+ years in business partnering and delivering value-added analytics in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

- Exceptional Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models

- Advanced PowerPoint skills 

- Have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing

- Demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skill

- Are results driven

- Are able to multitask and work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize work within tight deadlines
