Key Areas of Responsibilities
- To manage Futures and Options (F&O) / Derivatives NSE and BSE segments Clearing Services support to clients, trading desk and EQD business and IT teams
- Taking accountability for regulatory and Exchange F&O Clearing activities
- F&O Risk Management BAU implementation, monitoring and follow ups
- Trade Accounting management, bank relationship, movements & reconciliations, posting of ledgers, fail trade monitoring
- Maintenance of Collaterals i.e. Cash, Government Securities, Listed Equities, Bank Gurantee etc,
- Trade give ups for F&O executions and risk checks on positions and margin utilizations intra-day and EOD
- Margin movements of upstream and downstream on Exchange Clearing Corporations
- To monitor client on-boarding, empanelment, account setup, UCC registration and reconciliation, MIS reporting and audit requirements
- Regulatory circulars implementation and follow up for F&O Corporate Action events
- Static data management of stocks, clients including commission deviations reconciliation and handling of Buy Back/OFS/IPO and QIP etc.
- Audits, Inspections coordination and MIS to business and management teams
- Operational risk & controls monitoring, system developments including UAT etc.,
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in institutional broking operations with BAU handling for India NSE & BSE Derivatives (F&O) clearing activities, including F&O risk management and trade accounting processes.
- Full understanding and working experience of BSE & NSE trade reporting, clearing mechanisms, and exchange rules for both Capital market and Derivatives segments
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling numbers
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, develop innovative solutions, and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Proficiency in Excel, Word processing, and document processing
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, formulas, macros, and pivot tables
- Excellent email communication skills using Outlook
- Flexibility to work in both office and non-standard work environments, sometimes from home
- Ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, monitor progress, and make timely decisions
- Minimum Graduate Degree Graduate Degree
- Proficiency of verbal and written communication
