SS&C Intralinks

A growth-oriented business unit of SS&C, Intralinks is a technology leader in M&A, Alternative Investments and Banking & Securities markets. Our solutions facilitate 1/3 of the world’s global M&A deal flow and 50% of the private equity raised globally.

In this role, you will lead a team of three Relationship Managers based in London and Paris, focusing on our most strategic accounts within the Alternative Investments market. These accounts include high-value, subscription-based customers who rely on SS&C Intralinks for fundraising, investor onboarding, and reporting. A key priority for 2025 will be expanding our relationships with fund administrators, further driving growth and deepening our presence in this critical segment. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding the team to deliver results and strengthen our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of quota-carrying Relationship Managers, providing day-to-day leadership, direction, and feedback.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenues with our subscription-based customers and expand the account base within target markets, including fund administrators.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Legal to optimize sales performance.
  • Participate in hiring, performance management, and coaching of sales personnel.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to ensure quota achievement.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven success in a SaaS sales environment, with experience managing and coaching a sales team.
  • Expertise in building relationships with investment banks, legal/financial advisors, and C-level executives.
  • Strong CRM knowledge, ideally Salesforce.com.
     

Desired:

  • Major in Finance or Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or law firms.
