What you’ll do & Who you are
📌 Main mission:
The Fields Sales Manager (FS Manager) supervises a team of around 7 Fields Sales in the départements: 59 - 62 - 80 - 60 - 51 - 57 - 54 - 88 - 68.
He/she is responsible for field support, training, monitoring sales performance and optimizing sector development.
He/she plays a key role in feeding back strategic information to the Sales Manager and in the continuous improvement of sales processes.
🚀 Responsibilities & Activities :
1️⃣ Management & Field Support:
Accompany FS in the field in departments 59 - 62 - 80 - 60 - 51 - 57 - 54 - 88 - 68 (evolving scope), to help them optimize their sales pitch and sales techniques.
Carry out double customer visits to perfect the sales approach.
Provide personalized coaching and regular feedback to sales staff.
Monitor individual and collective performance, and draw up action plans where necessary.
2️⃣ Training & Skills Development:
Organize ongoing training sessions to improve sales and negotiation techniques.
Ensure the integration and skills upgrading of new SFs.
Develop best practices and share them with the team.
3️⃣ Market Steering & Analysis:
Analyze market data and sales performance to optimize action in the field.
Identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
Monitor the competition to anticipate market trends.
4️⃣ Communication & Reporting:
Report insights from the field and sales issues to the Sales Director.
Monitor team KPIs and performance indicators and suggest adjustments.
Make proposals to optimize sales organization and sales strategies.
