*This role is on-site 5 days per week at our midtown Atlanta headquarters*

We are seeking a Manager, Executive Search to join our in-house Executive Search team. Based at our Midtown Atlanta Global Headquarters, this high-impact role will be responsible for leading global, executive-level recruitment efforts and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll work directly with our executive leadership team to drive talent strategies and fill critical leadership roles across the organization.

This role will also lead and develop a small team of executive search professionals. The ideal candidate brings not only deep search expertise but also leadership capabilities to coach and elevate team performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global executive search engagements across functions and business units, focusing on director-level and above roles.
• Manage and mentor a team of executive search professionals, fostering development and excellence in delivery.
• Partner directly with the executive leadership team to understand hiring needs, define search strategies, and deliver strong leadership talent.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of executive talent through market research, talent mapping, and relationship-building.
• This is a player-coach role responsible for managing high-visibility searches across the organization. The ability to run a full desk—from sourcing and assessment to complex offer negotiation—is expected.
• Provide an exceptional in-person candidate experience for executive-level talent, including white-glove onsite interview coordination and communication.
• Collaborate with and manage external executive search partners as needed.
• Deliver market insights and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies.
• Represent NCR Voyix’s brand and values with professionalism, discretion, and a high-touch approach.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in executive search, recruiting director-level and above talent.
• Prior experience at an executive search firm or in a corporate executive recruiting function is required.
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles in technology or SaaS organizations strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Strong talent mapping, research, and sourcing expertise for executive talent.
• Skilled in managing complex negotiations and closing senior-level candidates.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Atlanta and able to work onsite 5 days per week.
