THE JOB. 

We’re looking to hire a PR Manager to help foster our growing roster of clients and assist with the day to day tactics, outreach and execution on our entertainment publicity team. Bonus points if you’re bilingual and have experience reaching Latine audiences for TV/Film campaigns.

This role will report directly to Sr. PR Manager and will focus on assisting with media strategy development and media relations inclusive of day to day pitching and press outreach, as well as oversight of important administrative duties i.e. media list building, media audits, competitive landscape analyses, managing schedules and providing further support to the team as needed.  

This person must be a great writer and proficient at organization and prioritizing tasks. There must be a willingness to get one's “hands dirty” and a natural passion and understanding of PR as a whole.

This person will be a self-motivated team player who will be reliable, resourceful, open to growth, accountable and will operate with an open, “can do” and strategic mindset. 

This role will also participate in the new business process and protocol as needed. 

 

THE TEAM.

The PR team partners deeply with our roster of clients to provide them with innovative and impactful strategies to create narratives and/or shift perceptions around their brands, products, services or IP through earned media. 

The earned media landscape is constantly shifting. Less outlets, shrinking staff, more paywalls, and a constantly unpredictable cultural ecosystem. Because of that, this is a team of curious, adaptable innovators who constantly evolve and shape their strategies to maximize impact in an ever-changing environment. 

We're a hybrid of consumer PR professionals, entertainment publicists, and talent relations specialists who know how to flex between all three to benefit our clients. We provide an unmatched level of partnership to our clients, and seek to be fully ingrained in their business challenges so we can provide the most effective solutions, sage counsel, and candid guidance.

However, this Manager will likely have 2-3 years of experience at an agency and/or in-house.

Knowledge of, and experience actively targeting Black, Latine, AAPI, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities and other historically underestimated audiences. 

Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to articulate a strong POV and inspire clarity and confidence to align stakeholders both internally and externally.

PAY RANGE

$70,000-$85,000 USD (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
