Introduction
iRobot is seeking a Manager, DTC Marketing to join the dynamic Direct to Consumer (DTC) organization in North America. This role will lead the marketing efforts to drive demand generation and acquisition for iRobot.com in the US and Canada. This role is a brand and product shepherd.
This role will be accountable for developing full funnel marketing plans that achieve the financial targets of the DTC channel, continuously improving the consumer experience (end to end journey) and bring to life the brand strategy for iRobot consumers. They will own the editorial and executional calendar, drive strategy and lead the execution teams responsible for all activation across owned channels (web site merchandising, email, app) and will partner with global marketing teams. At the forefront of marketing strategy and innovation, the role will also be an advocate for the regional needs for new capabilities and campaigns, and for executing global toolkits and go-to-market strategies with excellence throughout the calendar year.
As iRobot continues on its digital journey to make consumers’ shopping experiences easier, this role will help define how to market new capabilities, in addition to new robot products, to consumers.
This role reports to the Director, Direct to Consumer in the Americas region; and has dual responsibility for team management and delivery of the CRM activation plan (email/app).
What you Will Do:
- Accountable for achievement of the demand gen and acquisition targets for the DTC Americas business for owned channels
- Lead Site Merchandising, content, and CRM marketing (email/app/personalization) for DTC, setting objective and work plans for the teams to deliver against strategy.
- Build and maintain annual strategic plan for DTC Marketing to deliver against goals and objectives. Actively drives project initiatives to enable future channel growth and performance. Makes recommendations to overall iRobot Americas Marketing strategy; and influences Global Marketing outputs.
- Ensure channel strategies align to targets and monitor performance.
- Represent DTC teams, in partnership with Channel Marketing for creative briefing process
- Applies a test & learn approach to growing overall channel performance. Utilizing A/B testing methods where required.
- Ensures teams deliver with operational excellence and regularly develops, modifies and recommends changes to processes and policies for continued excellence.
- Provides input and prioritization on overall eCommerce Mar-tech strategy and roadmaps to maximize ROI from MarTech investments.
- Works cross functionally across the organization, regularly interacting with global teams. Including senior management and executive levels on matters concerning functional areas and/or customers.

- Experience with Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud capabilities including Interaction Studio and Journey Builder

- Experience managing dispersed teams, remote work environment
- Ability to manage multiple priority projects concurrently
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, digital content/design or equivalent field
- 5-7+ years of digital marketing, ecommerce, or merchandising management experience
- Experience utilizing analytics tools and insights engines such as GA, Tableau
- Experience working with Atlassian products including JIRA workflows, Data Dog and Confluence documentation
- Ideal candidate has consumer electronics or home goods industry experience
