The Manager, Document and Content Management leads the development and delivery of strategic solutions related to Document Production or Electronic Content in a timely, competent manner. The Manager II, Document and Content Management works in a highly collaborative, communicative capacity, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to deliver best-in-class IT services. The Manager II is energized by creative problem solving, and can lead, direct, and aid in the development of, less experienced staff. Manager II’s are expected to recruit, retain, and promote staff accordingly.

If you are great at:
- Provide technical expertise, best practices, and advice to the team on the design, development, and implementation of complex Document and Content Management solutions.
- Interface with systems analysts, solution designers, IT architects, and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Own the design and development of Document and Content Management solutions in a complex IT environment with numerous interconnected or disparate components.
- Elevate team performance by encouraging and rewarding focused and consistent engagement, overseeing and enhancing operational procedures, and managing budgets and staffing to meet business requirements.
- Provide effective daily leadership, coaching, and motivation of the team.
- Ongoing training, career development, and mentorship of team members.
- Participate in multiple POC activities to onboard new technologies for the Document and Content Management area.
- Guide the Document and Content Management team on the pros and cons of different Document and Content Management testing solutions and lead the design exercise for different initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
If you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree is preferred) and/or equivalent on the job experience.
- 8-10 years’ experience working as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- 8-10 years’ experience with Document and Content Management product lines.
- 8-10 years’ experience in Document and Content Management software or related field in a leadership role.
