Strategy Implementation and Execution:

Implement the global digital media strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand perception

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and email marketing

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the global strategy is effectively adapted and executed in local markets

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of digital media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital media efforts with broader business goals

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and performance

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital media campaigns using KPIs and metrics

Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and drive better business outcomes

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities

Content and Creative Development:

Oversee the creation of compelling and effective digital content and creatives that resonate with target audiences

Ensure all digital media content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging

Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging and innovative digital assets

Compliance and Governance:

Ensure all digital media activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Maintain a strong understanding of data privacy laws and ensure adherence in all digital marketing practices

Primary Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

5-7 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing, with a focus on B2B

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media strategies

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot)

Experience working in a global environment and managing cross-functional teams
