About the role

As a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager, you will manage an established team of digital data analysts. From analysis, your team will uncover insights that will feed teams across the marketing department. Your work will help teams understand marketing funnel performance, campaign performance, digital engagement results, among others. Insights will feed team priorities, customer journey research and strategy for all of marketing.

Reporting to the Director – Customer Experience Research, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Coach, lead and engage your team in creating rich insights through data analysis of digital marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to translate business requirements from data collection into insights.

  • Support the team to deepen their curiosity by suggesting innovative avenues of analysis in order to improve the marketing digital experience.

  • Be the spokesperson for marketing performance with senior leaders through multiple forums.

  • Ensure the support and management of data requests across the team.

  • Act as a mentor and be at the forefront of digital data analysis.

  • Plan roadmaps annually and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact.

  • Manage team budget

  • Actively participate in Marketing roadmap discussions by ensuring that data is at the heart of the decision.

Ideal candidate:

  • 7 years of experience in digital data analysis and insights

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management in a large organization

  • 5 years of presentation experience in front of senior management/ executive audience

  • Familiarity with BigQuery/Customer Journey Analytics/Adobe Analytics

  • Inclusive leadership and ability to make decisions quickly

  • Expert facilitator and pragmatic in their approach

  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence and find consensus

  • Excellent at making connections and identifying what is important

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
