We are now looking for a new Manager for our Data & Analytics team in Helsinki.
MANAGER, DATA & ANALYTICS
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Data Management function. You will have managerial responsibilities and, together with your team and service providers, you will deliver Data Management, Analytics, and related IT services to the entire organization – both locally and within the Intrum Group. The team continuously finds new ways to enrich and utilize our data, improve existing services, and create new services based on our unique information.
To be successful in this role, you need
- A business-oriented mindset
- The ability to understand relationships between business processes, IT systems, databases, and data, with the capability to describe them and find suitable ways to provide data services
- Solid understanding and development experience in the entire data/BI pipeline
- Knowledge of underlying data models and IT architectures, with the ability to plan, design, and coordinate their development
- Strong people and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Finnish
- A self-driven, dynamic attitude with a desire to learn and develop new things
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
Must-have technical skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Docker, GIT, and CI/CD
- Experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault)
- Experience in migrating and operating Data Services in the cloud, preferably Azure & Databricks
- BI experience (e.g. Qlik Sense or Power BI)
- Understanding how to utilize Machine Learning.
