THE ROLE
AG1 is seeking a skilled Copywriter to bring exceptional creativity to our dynamic Marketing team. In the Manager, Creative Campaigns (Copy) role, you will work closely with the Brand and Creative team to develop and execute impactful, engaging concepts that align with brand vision and marketing goals of AG1.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Campaigns, you will develop the narratives, copy direction and brand voice in campaigns, digital content, and brand assets to deliver cohesive, trend-forward work. You’ll blend innovative ideas and strategic storytelling to produce compelling solutions that resonate with audiences, reinforce our brand voice and strengthen AG1 as a leader in the wellness space.
This role is ideal for a visionary creative with expertise in copywriting, a passion for crafting impactful ideas, narratives, and a proven ability to deliver premium copy solutions that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the ideation, design and copy direction of integrated campaigns, digital content, and branding efforts across multiple media platforms.
- Develop written narratives that evoke emotion and drive audience engagement, ensuring that every creative asset tells a cohesive brand story.
- Partner with Creative and Brand Strategy teams to ensure brand voice aligns with overarching marketing strategies and objectives.
- Bring a sophisticated and dynamic copy sensibility to all creative outputs, ensuring the brand is consistently presented with modernity and innovation.
- Develop concepts, from ideation through execution, ensuring deliverables are high-impact and aligned with the brand voice of AG1.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to infuse fresh, forward-thinking ideas into campaigns and deliverables, keeping AG1 at the forefront of the creative landscape.
- Present concepts and copy to stakeholders, effectively communicating the strategic thinking behind creative solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-5+ years of experience in creative direction and copywriting, with a proven track record of delivering innovative ideas and impactful campaigns.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in innovative concepts,copywriting, storytelling, and the ability to produce polished, premium copy across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional copy sensibility, with experience in script writing, headline writing, across all mediums.
- Passion for storytelling, with the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of creative trends and emerging technologies in storytelling and media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies effectively.
