The Manager of Client Success is a trusted advisor to our clients and is an essential part of the Global Client Team within the Capital Formation Group of the TMX Group. The Manager supports TSX and TSXV listed issuers with their ongoing needs and often acts as a first point of contact for issuer support.
Reporting to the Managing Director of TSX and TSXV Company Services, the manager will lead all aspects in supporting the relationships with TSX and TSXV listed issuers and delivering business solutions and resources to support their ongoing success. The role will assist in driving strategies that improve the listing experience and increase issuer retention.
Key Accountabilities:

Conduct presentations, webinars, and demonstrations of TSX and Partner products and services

Respond to telephone and email inquiries from issuers

As a trusted capital markets advisor: update and maintain issuer education presentations and provide 1 on 1 advisory to issuers on key capital markets topics

Host client events and support client engagements

Achieve activity metrics and CRM data input requirements and provide data insights and analytics

Participation and partnership in Enterprise-wide initiatives

Work collaboratively within the Global Client Team to support the Company Services and Business Development teams, while also collaborating with other Capital Formation teams such as TSX and TSXV Listings, and Marketing

Maintain and build an active network within the mining, financial and legal advisory community
Must haves:
- Post-secondary education: preferably a Bachelor of Commerce or Economics degree
- Strong client focus and communication/presentation skills
- 7+ years of capital markets experience, preferably Investor Relations
- Public company experience
- Investor Relations experience
Nice to haves:

CFA, MBA, CPIR
Note: The position will be based out of the Vancouver office 4 days per week; 1 day remote.
Please note that the Salary Range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Salary Range - $100,000 - $110,000 per year
