Job Purpose:
This position leads a team of individual contributors responsible for delivering audiences and list selection criteria for B2B and D2C marketing campaigns by leveraging data, technologies, and best practices within Unica Campaign and Salesforce Data Cloud. The role partners with the Campaign Execution Consultant and Sr. Manager of Campaign Execution to identify and prioritize continuous improvement of technologies, processes, and procedures within the Campaign Design team. The role will also establish, maintain, and report on operational metrics to ensure on-time delivery with high accuracy and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of Campaign Design professionals and manages resource allocations based on business value, balancing short term and long-term needs and opportunities.
- Sets objectives and standards of performance for the team and provides quarterly reviews and feedback.
- Provides framework for team learning and ongoing development.
- Manages and evaluates the quality and metrics for the campaign design team.
- Resolves issues and removes hurdles in the work.
- Ensure the team understands the enterprise goals and the links between them and the work.
- Optimize the talent and capabilities to drive improvements in the work.
- Solves complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions where change is needed.
- Drives Campaign Design continuous improvement and efficiencies.
- Leads cross functional teams, process and project improvements.
- Responsible for consistently meeting campaign execution timelines and quality metrics.
- Supervises the accuracy and compliance of marketing materials.
- Responsible for strategic management of vendor partners.
- Accountable for Campaign Design systems, solutions, and corresponding Governances.
- Partners with team to prioritize work with cross functional teams.
- Manages departmental expenses.
- Ensures delivery of regular Workflow reporting and leverages learnings for training purposes.
- Is a change agent for the team.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8+ years of related experience.
- Experience leveraging relational databases in campaign designs.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM tools (Unica, Salesforce).
- Strong management experience.
- Marketing operations leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees and/or external vendors.
- Experience in multi-channel campaign strategies (direct mail, digital).
- Proven ability to communicate business and technical information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Effectively mediate in situations where conflict arises and understands how and when to escalate issues.

Base Salary Range:
$91,300.00 - $136,900.00
