- Point of Contact (‘POC’) for digital IA activities. Coordinate with internal resources and 3rd party vendors for implementation of digital Investment Account (IA). This includes meeting/ discussions, correspondences, facts finding, procurement activities and activity tracking.
- Assist technical team on digital IA design performant and experience across disparate technologies and banking channels like HL Mobility, ATM.
- Verify functionality development including guiding IA middle office users subsequent to production deployment. This includes assuming business analyst function, FSD validation and user training.
- Collate, coordinate and resolve technical issues with development and technical teams within required TAT.
- Provides technical input to business development activities. Coordinate with IA Structuring & Business Development in assessing best partner that encapsulate valuable digital proposition.
- Assists with production of user requirements, documentation and testing.
