- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

Responsibilities
As SAP COP Sr. Technical BI Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications related to SAP BW framework, this can include SAP BW/4Hana, SAP DataSphere, Business Objects and SAP BW 7.x, PowerBI and Tableau. Working closely with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Community of Practice (COP) team, you will identify and deploy the right software (objects, programs, workbooks, etc.) and application solutions for the future, with a focus on SAP applications and using best practices as a reference. Your responsibilities can include:
- Active participation in design sessions for the upgrade program of SAP Clean Core interacting with the Business Units as member of the SAP CoP Business Intelligence, high focus on implementing regional and global strategies in SAP S/4HANA.
- Testing and designing requirements for projects to stablish the best use of SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP SAC interacting with SAP Lumira & DataSphere, and as a second responsibility PowerBI, Tableau, AWS tools or GCP tools.
- Analyze requirements, proposing the best tool for the specific scenario appliable for each area, thinking SAP first.
- Providing guide and best practices process for each Business Unit about the SAP BW strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with architecture team to review and propose how to use SAP BW/4HANA based on best practices and selecting the best alternative to provide valuable results to the operational teams.
- Test new scenarios, propose best practices for each scenario in which Business Intelligence is involved.
- Take care of the reports, analyses and BW access with the right performance, to execute the SAP platforms in the optimal user experience (data, interface and execution time).

- Previous participation and overview knowledge of SAP BW, BO, SAC, DataSphere and Lumira modules in S/4HANA.
- Deep knowledge to integrate with SAP ECC or S4 all the SAP BI solutions.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau, as a presentation layer for the reports and balance the UX with end users.
- Real hands-on experience with BW 7.x and BW/4HANA in customizing and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
- Fluent in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across SAP modules.
- 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 Data Domains (Finance, Materials, Vendors, Customers)
- Experience as people manager with a minimum of 2 direct reports.
- Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions.
- At least four full SAP implementation, with at l east one of them being in S4 HANA version.
- Experience in solutioning gaps and evaluating alternative solutions.
- Experience with Business Data Domains.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree required preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
- SAP BW or SAP DataSphere Certification is desirable.
- SAP BW, Portals and Business Objects previous experience in projects and on-going support is a must.
- SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and Lumira are desirable and highly appreciated.
- Knowledge about integration with SAP CPI, API's or web services are important to understand, but is not required to do it.
Travel requirements:
- 20 - 40%
