How you'll make an impact:
Cin7 is expanding its outbound sales strategy, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and scale our North American outbound sales team. This is a critical role in developing pipeline generation strategies, optimizing outbound prospecting efforts, and coaching a high-performing team to engage and convert larger customers as we move upmarket.
As a BDR Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Global Sales, Account Executives, and Marketing teams to build a repeatable and scalable outbound sales motion that drives quality pipeline and revenue growth.
A day in the life:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing BDR team to drive outbound pipeline growth.
- Implement and refine prospecting strategies to generate high-quality meetings and opportunities for our sales team.
- Coach BDRs on outbound tactics, including personalized outreach, multi-channel engagement (email, calls, LinkedIn, video), objection handling, and pipeline qualification.
- Track and analyze KPIs (calls, emails, conversion rates, meeting set rates, and pipeline contribution) to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver structured training, onboarding, and ongoing skill development programs.
- Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay to optimize workflows and automation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth within the BDR team.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and align outbound efforts with targeted account strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to sales leadership on outbound pipeline health and team performance.
What you'll bring with you:
- 5+ years in software sales, including 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team focused on outbound prospecting.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales team that consistently meets or exceeds pipeline targets.
- Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize prospecting strategies.
- Expertise in outbound sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other automation platforms).
- High energy, results-driven leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop top sales talent.
- Experience in scaling outbound motions in a fast-growing SaaS company is a plus.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
