Job Description

  • Support the Team Lead in leading one of the agency distribution teams by managing day-to-day sales and service activities related to the MPF business, contributing to the achievement of the team and personal assigned targets, and enhancing agency satisfaction through effective account management effort.
  • This role will be pivotal in enhancing the coordination and support for our agency force, particularly in onboarding and nurturing new or non-MPF agencies.  This role will also play a key role in supporting the growth of MCI agents, ensuring they receive the dedicated resources and guidance needed for their successful integration and development.
  • Additionally, the role involves assisting the Team Lead and the Head of Agency Distribution in developing a team with a strong spirit and focused on providing a streamlined, one-stop solution and comprehensive account management services to enhance agency satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Sales Management:  

  • Achieve sales target by managing assigned agencies and to support the overall sales strategy for the Agency Distribution Channel.

Agency Support:

  • Provide direct support to assigned agencies, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales/onboarding process.
  • Ensure the delivery of a streamlined, one-stop solution for agencies, coordinating between various departments to provide comprehensive account management services.

MCI (Mainland Chinese Individual) Support:

  • Provide targeted support to a growing base of MCI agents, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed in MPF business.

Distribution Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agencies, acting as a primary point of contact to support their growth and to increase the # of productive MPF agents.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Head of Agency Distribution and other team members to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a regular and positive dialogue with internal business functions and stakeholders

Contest/Campaign Management: 

  • Assist to design and implement sales & marketing strategies into contest/campaign or challenge with Marketing and Agency Development as well as the subsequent monitoring and status update/report; and to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards, particularly in discussions involving MPF products and their integration into broader financial planning solutions.

Qualifications

  • University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Admin preferred
  • At least 8 year relevant experience with minimum 3 years in managerial role
  • Solid knowledge of the pension market in Hong Kong, products, distribution channels and client, including MPF regulation
  • Extensive agency sales experience
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin a must)
  • Strong PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
