As the leader of the Brand Marketing team, you will:

  • Manage, motivate, and develop multiple marketing team members to drive company-level impact
  • Own the earned media strategy to create and deploy compelling brand stories that deliver measurable business impact
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing the brand values across all mediums: within the organization and the broader market
  • Own the organization, planning, marketing, and production of networking, speaking, and branding events.
  • Identify & execute on content and influencer partnership opportunities
  • Create and manage the execution of a social media strategy designed to grow awareness of TurboTenant among landlords.
  • Cultivate a robust and active online community of landlords across multiple platforms.
  • Meet the needs of the marketing organization by coordinating designers, video producers, and ad hoc contractors to build awesome content and ads.. 
  • Consults data to develop the strategy to distribute content to reach DIY landlords across the nation.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing
  • 4+ years of experience in creative management and strategy
  • 2+ years experience managing and leading a team of diverse marketing specialists
  • Be a great communicator who can collaborate across the team and company to emphasize common goals and on-brand messaging
  • Experience in B2C software companies
  • Expertise building and maintaining a marketing content calendar that serves multiple needs across marketing and product teams
  • Strong content writing and editing skills
  • Strong communication skills, and the proven ability to distill complicated processes and thoughts into digestible terms
  • Ability to showcase success through data and reporting.

Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following areas:

  • Experience in the real estate or proptech industry
  • Public speaking skills and are comfortable on camera
  • Have experience managing a property or you are a landlord

TurboTenant's marketing team is located in Denver, Colorado. This role will be hybrid, as face-to-face time is an important aspect of the TurboTenant culture, and this role will be expected to be in person in Denver 3 times per week on (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). You are more than welcome to come into the office on other days if you want.

Compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
