Summary:
The B2B Marketing Manager, Mastercard Move will lead our Sales Enablement. She/he will be responsible for creation of sales materials for the Mastercard Move portfolio including but not limited to decks, demos, videos, and case studies. They would also lead research projects, thought leadership and content development including our webpages. Additionally, this person will work across stakeholders including global product, legal, marketing operations, regional product marketing, global insights and external agencies to ensure materials are executed to global marketing standards.

As a part of Mastercard’s Integrated Marketing and Communication organization, the Global Marketing team for Commercial & New Payment Flows is accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging insights and market knowledge to help define value propositions and messaging; crafting succinct and successful sales enablement and commercial toolkits; executing awareness and lead generation campaigns; driving the development of thought leadership and content marketing that is activated and amplified across multiple channels; and partnering with global and regional colleagues in Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal and Sales as well as external agencies to scale marketing plans and assets.

We are looking for a strategic marketer with analytical and creative sensibilities to join an energetic team and lead marketing initiatives to enable the Transfer Solutions business to achieve ambitious commercial goals.
Role
• Develop insight led marketing positioning, strategies and assets for a range of money movement solutions including but not limited to value proposition development and positioning, content marketing, sales enablement materials, branding guides, infographics, case studies, digital marketing, demos, etc.
• Lead development of research projects, thought leadership and content development across all platforms.
• Analyze and reorganize current sales enablement materials on internal intranet.
• Partner closely across stakeholders including global product, legal, marketing operations, regional product marketing, global insights and external agencies.
• Support regional B2B marketing teams with their efforts to drive scale in market while driving consistency of positioning and messaging, balanced with local relevance.
• Capture reporting metrics, learnings and success stories to inform the development of global best practices
• Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with Mastercard brand standards
• Maintain budget responsibilities for specific marketing programs
About You
• Considerable experience (5-7 years), particularly in B2B and product marketing or product management
• You have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a keen ability to effectively communicate strategies, and measure & report on progress to peers and leaders alike, to gain buy-in
• You’re a leader and strategic thinker who understands how to appeal to different personas, with a background that demonstrates successful outcomes within the scope of work you have developed and executed.
• You’re a great storyteller. You enjoy developing content that is purposeful and succinct, even when dealing with complex subjects, and you have strong experience and skill in writing clear and effective communications, avoiding fluff and jargon.
• You’re creative and analytical, with demonstrable experience understanding complex business concepts and interpreting them in a clear and compelling way.
• You have experience developing creative briefs and strategic plans that provide clear direction, deadlines and deliverables to team members
• You love to collaborate. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other diverse team leads to gain the knowledge needed to inform your strategies and identify opportunities.
• You have strong project management skills and with experience managing multiple projects and priorities at once — from individual / team goals to external requests and deadlines.
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-past environment where you may be called on to define the path and make informed judgements.
• You’re curious and eager to learn about emerging B2B marketing trends and able to bring new ideas to the table to help engage and inspire.
• You’re a quick study, intellectually agile, and able to rapidly come up to speed on the market landscape, the technology and the competitors across a diverse, dynamic industry
• You’re motivated and self-driven, able to manage complex/multi-geography projects with a discipline for priority-setting and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
• Preferred: Expertise in payment industry, merchant or acquirer, payment facilitator, fintech companies, and developers

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
