Job Description:
The Test Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Acting as the bridge between development teams, stakeholders, and end-users, the Test Manager is responsible for defining testing strategies, leading teams, and ensuring that testing efforts align with business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and leadership abilities to drive quality assurance processes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Sales Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a robust technology strategy for sales operations, aligning with business goals and leveraging the .NET ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and business operations teams to understand requirements and ensure solutions address operational challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in sales operations to drive innovation.
2. System Design and Development
- Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems for sales operations, utilizing .NET frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related technologies.
- Application Development: Oversee the development of custom applications to support sales workflows, reporting, and process automation.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between sales platforms (CRM, ERP) and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and .NET technologies.
3. Data Management and Analytics
- Data Strategy: Implement robust data management practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within sales systems.
- Reporting and Insights: Design advanced dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales performance and operations.
- Analytics Enablement: Support predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making using integrated tools and platforms.
4. Operations and Process Optimization
- Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows to enhance sales efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- System Optimization: Conduct regular system audits and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Scalability: Plan and execute scalable solutions that accommodate business growth and evolving sales strategies.
5. Team Leadership
- Team Management: Lead a team of developers, analysts, and engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring professional development and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Security and Compliance
- Data Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security best practices for sales systems.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to system operations and data integrity.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in technology management, with a focus on sales operations systems.
- Strong expertise in the .NET technology stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and related frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing sales operations platforms and integrating CRM/ERP systems.
Technical Skills:
- Development: Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC, and Web API development.
- Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools for system integration.
- Database: Expertise in SQL Server, database design, and optimization.
- Reporting Tools: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS for hosting and scalability.
- CRM/ERP Integration: Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or SAP.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
